Your position:

  • Work in an interdisciplinary, agile team
  • Contribute ideas on how to improve the product and the technology
  • Help to build service based products

Preferred qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of web technologies
  • Full-stack mindset, experience with modern programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript)
  • Some experience with frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js) is very welcome
  • Having played around with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes
  • Some experience with noSQL technologies (ElasticSearch, MongoDB)
  • Interest in TDD / CI / CD

  • Good experience with frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g. React, jQuery)
  • Previous exposure to other popular programming languages is beneficial

  • Basic knowledge of Linux (terminal, shell, VCS)
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Autonomous, self-driven

  • Great joy in finding errors and inconsistencies
  • Ability to oversee AQA
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English, German skills are a bonus

Werkstudent (w/m/d) für den Bereich Verlagskundenbetreuung

Standort: München
Vertragsart: Festanstellung in Teilzeit (15 Stunden pro Woche)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung im Bereich Händler- und Social Media-Marketing für Verlage
  • Verfügbarkeitsprüfung digitaler Inhalte in den Online Shops
  • Unterstützung beim Kundensupport im Bereich Verlagssoftware und E-Book-Herstellung
  • Erfassung, Koordination und Verarbeitung von digitalen Umsatz-Reports
  • Qualitätsprüfung und Pflege von Umsatz-Reports
  • Mitarbeit bei der Etablierung neuer Workflows, Standards und Prüfroutinen
