Your position:

  • Lead our migration from self-hosted services into the cloud
  • Develop new features using microservices
  • Help us improve our monitoring
  • Contribute ideas on how to constantly improve the product and the technology
  • Spread the DevOps mindset in our team
  • Bring the developer experience (DX) to a new level
  • Work in an interdisciplinary, agile team

Preferred qualifications:

  • Profound experience with microservices and cloud providers (e.g. AWS)
  • Experience migrating into the cloud
  • Solid experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform)
  • Live by the principle of Infrastructure as Code
  • Working knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD processes (e.g. using GitLab)
  • Good knowledge of a programming language (ideally Python)
  • Passion for automation
  • Ability to self-organize
  • Striving to stay up-to-date with new technologies

  • You are responsible for the QA process: you help to ensure the quality of the product, both on the technical and on the business level.

  • Solid experience with Python and testing frameworks and tools
  • Solid knowledge on testing frameworks and tools
  • Experience with CI tools (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins)

  • Solid experience building frontend applications using modern JavaScript

Account Manager (d/m/w) für den Bereich Marketing und Verlagskundenbetreuung

Wer wir sind:

Open Publishing, seit 1998 vertreiben und vermarkten wir als Partner für E-Book-Distribution digitale Verlagsprodukte und bieten unseren Kunden Sicherheit und Stabilität in der sich wandelnden Welt des digitalen Publizierens. Wir unterstützen bei allen Verlagsprozessen, von der Planung über Erstellung bis hin zur Veröffentlichung von E-Books, Hörbuch und Print On Demand. Für die vorteilhafte Platzierung der Produkte im Handel bieten wir außerdem vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Egal ob Herstellung, Vertrieb, Marketing oder Honorarmanagement – wir sind der richtige Ansprechpartner. Dabei können Kunden unsere Softwarelösung für den digitalen Vertrieb von einzelnen Titeln oder zur Veröffentlichung ihres gesamten digitalen Bestandes nutzen.

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Umfassende Betreuung von Verlagskunden im Bereich des Digital Publishing
  • Unterstützung von Verlagen bei der E-Book- und Print-Herstellung, Auslieferung, Abrechnung und Vermarktung der E-Books, Audio- und Printbücher
  • Kommunikation mit Buchhändlern und Online-Plattformen sowie entsprechende Organisation und Umsetzung von Produktplatzierungen und Marketingaktionen für Verlagskunden
  • Entwerfen und Gestalten der B2B-Kommunikation, z.B. Newsletter, Facebook- und Webauftritt sowie, Messeauftritte
  • Mitarbeit bei der Produktweiterentwicklung der Open Publishing Vertriebs-Software

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung im Bereich Händler- und Social Media-Marketing für Verlage
  • Verfügbarkeitsprüfung digitaler Inhalte in den Online Shops
