Barbara Hedtstück 
Assistant to the CEO and HR 

responsible for:
all HR-related topics, everything concerning our office organization, contact person for all departments and all the big and small questions that no one else has an answer to.  

in her former life:
Barbara has always attended to organization and coordination as well as the optimization of structures and processes. Formerly, in other companies – nowadays fortunately at Open Publishing! 

gets up in the morning for:
 a fair and harmonic working atmosphere and an outcome-oriented approach to every challenge in our daily jobs. Barbara´s guiding principle is “do it with passion or not at all” – and she takes care that everyone in our team is content and enjoying himself.

management and development of the team and the operative key account management. 

in her former life:
Tatjana was responsible for the digital department at different companies. However, Tatjana is more interested in people than in digits and hence lost her heart to coaching.

Claudia was Head of Content & Operations at tolino media, and Account Manager at Amazon and AudibleIn her former, former life, Claudia also had a stab at radio and TV.

supporting publishing companies with the implementation of new strategies and the common discovery of new sales channels and options.

customers and their campaigns.   

in her former life:
Sibylle was an editor for topics regarding climate protection and digitalization.

the optimal presentation of our customers´ products and the detection of the suitable target group for every book.

support of publishing houses and retail marketing. Takes care of new members in our team and makes everyone feel at home. Her guilty pleasure: retro digitalization of the complete works of Heinz G. Konsalik. 

in her former life:
Marianne studied German and English literature at LMU Münchenshe is actually fluent in Middle High German! Work experience at Herbert Utz Verlag, joined our team in 2014. 

gets up in the morning for:
her love for literature, which she can foster at Open Publishing. Makes sure, that both current and old literature finds a way to the heart of readers – on analog as well as on digital ways. 

Gina Kacher  
Senior Account Manager 

responsible for:
customer support with a focus on production and marketing. Gina advances our vision to find better and better fulfillments for our clients´ needs – especially regarding audio solutions.  

in her former life:
Gina´s alter ego was practically Indiana Jones, as she considered the deciphering of ancient hieroglyphics in her Egyptology studies just as fascinating as today´s HTML. After quick stopovers at Droemer Knaur and Holtzbrinck Digital, Gina finally found her desired workplace at Open Publishing.

support of publishing houses as well as print-on-demand. Leonie has a weakness for the productin of e-books

Leonie studied cultural studies and book science in Tuebingen and Munich. Subsequently, Leonie worked for several publishing companies such as Kosmos Verlag, Dorling Kindersley, and Random House.

the big and small challenges of the day to which she always finds a solution. Which makes the rest of us pretty confident!
